    Fourth and final time they messed up our order. We order here a lot and love the food it’s fresh, but everytime we order they screw up our order. Tonight the “large” pizza was delivered as a small and the toppings were wrong, last time they screwed up my wrap. I called to correct it and they were genuine about it but I’m done ordering from them. Well take our business elsewhere.

    My experience was all positive: I was warmly welcomed, I asked for a recommendation and took her advice: the gyro was fantastic! Lobby and tables were clean and atmosphere was busy, but not chaotic. Will be back again!

    We’ve lived in Manchester for over 5 years and hadn’t found THE place for pizza. We’ve tried several others around, and today decided to try Grand Slam. So glad that we did! We ordered an Alfredo pizza, and they called to ask if I wanted chicken too, which I hadn’t put on the original order. Yes please, great catch! On time delivery, very pleasant. Awesome food. I even called the store to thank them for great food and service. 10/10 will order again.
